  1. My truth is: just getting started. I have great plans for fitness. I do move. I walk, I play Tennis, I golf. But I don’t do enough. My philosophy to live my blog title is to be an “above average Joe”. This to me means I’m already (average) at 50% what can I do right now to kick up to 60-70-80%(above average). I think if I do what Brian Tracy said “eat that frog” first thing in the morning it just may work. Lets see I don’t enjoy working with weights so I’ll do that first and running eeks that would be an 1a. Baby steps. Great blog as per usual see you at en*theos. E=)

  2. Thanks for your comment. Baby steps will get you very far in life. Particularly further than no steps at all. Do what you love and enjoy doing it. If weights aren’t your thing, try and see if you can make if fun or a game. Go in with a goal; time or reps. In addition, wonderful music may also help you on your movement journey. Happy training!
